Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with Goated Peptides (hereafter “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Accounts are open to people aged 21 or over who are qualified researchers, or who are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business. Goated Peptides cannot sell to the general public.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You meet the eligibility requirements above
• The products will be used only for legitimate laboratory research
• The products will not be used in or on humans or animals, or as drugs, supplements, cosmetics or foods
• You will not resell or supply the products to anyone who does not meet these terms

We may request institutional or business details, such as an organization name, a role and a shipping address that matches the organization, before we release a first order. We may decline any order at our discretion.

An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may cancel an order and issue a full refund, including where:

• Eligibility or business details cannot be verified
• An order, message or enquiry suggests use outside laboratory research
• A product is out of stock or a lot fails release testing
• A pricing or listing error has occurred

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by the shipping state.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price charged for that order.

Orders placed before 3pm MT on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff go out on the next business day. We ship within the United States only, to all fifty states, and we do not export. Flat rate tracked shipping is $9.95 and is free over $200 excluding sales tax.

You receive an order confirmation, a processing update, then a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Responsibility for the shipment passes to you on delivery to the address supplied at checkout. Damaged, incorrect, missing or lost shipments are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

The certificate of analysis for your lot is available before you order and travels with the shipment. Product descriptions, specifications and documentation are provided for research reference only.

Goated Peptides does not publish preparation, reconstitution or administration guidance of any kind, and our staff cannot provide it. How material is handled in your laboratory is a matter for your own laboratory procedures and your own qualified judgment.

You accept full responsibility for the storage, handling and use of every product after delivery, and for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your research. Goated Peptides is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of its products outside laboratory research or in breach of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any adjustments will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
