Research use only policy

Goated Peptides (hereafter “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies research use only peptides and reference compounds to laboratories, universities and research businesses in the United States.

It means every material on this site is an unapproved chemical supplied for in vitro laboratory research by qualified people, and nothing more. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic use, and it is not a drug, a dietary supplement, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device.

Accounts are open to people aged 21 or over who are qualified researchers, or who are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business. Goated Peptides cannot sell to the general public.

We may request institutional or business details, such as an organization name, a role and a shipping address that matches the organization, before we release a first order. We may decline any order at our discretion.

Products purchased from Goated Peptides must not be used, supplied or represented for any purpose outside laboratory research. This includes, without limitation:

• Use in or on humans or animals, in any form or by any route
• Use as a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device
• Diagnostic or clinical use of any kind
• Resale or supply to the general public, or to anyone who does not meet these requirements
• Relabelling, repackaging or marketing the products for any non-research purpose

Goated Peptides does not publish preparation, reconstitution or administration guidance of any kind, and our staff cannot provide it. How material is handled in your laboratory is a matter for your own laboratory procedures and your own qualified judgment.

Note: enquiries that request dosing, administration or personal use information will not be answered, and may lead to an order being cancelled or an account being closed.

Nothing sold here has been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Products on this site are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Nothing here is a medical claim or guidance for human use.

Categories follow the pathway a material is studied under in the published literature, not any outcome. Every listing on this site is supplied for laboratory research use only. Product descriptions, certificates of analysis and lot records are provided as research reference documentation only.

The buyer is responsible for handling, storage, disposal and for complying with every federal, state and local rule that applies to their own work. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that:

• They meet the eligibility requirements set out in this policy
• Products will be used only by qualified people in a suitable laboratory setting
• Any permits, approvals or institutional oversight required for their work are in place
• They accept full responsibility for the products from the point of delivery

Where we have reason to believe that an order, account or enquiry is connected with use outside laboratory research, we may cancel and refund the order, decline future orders and close the account without further notice.

These terms apply alongside our Terms of Sale. Any adjustments to this policy will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
