Shipping policy

Goated Peptides (hereafter “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) ships every order from Denver, Colorado. We ship within the United States only, to all fifty states, and we do not export.

Orders with a shipping address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full. We may also hold a first order until any requested institutional or business details have been verified, as set out in our Terms of Sale.

Orders placed before 3pm MT on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff go out on the next business day.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays
• Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are dispatched on the next business day
• Orders held for verification are dispatched once verification is complete

Flat rate tracked shipping is $9.95 and is free over $200 excluding sales tax. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by the shipping state.

Lyophilized material is shipped and held at minus 20 degrees Celsius, and the storage temperature is printed on the vial label. Every order is packed insulated and tracked to the door. Move it to cold storage on arrival.

Goated Peptides does not publish preparation, reconstitution or administration guidance of any kind, and our staff cannot provide it. How material is handled in your laboratory is a matter for your own laboratory procedures and your own qualified judgment.

Every order ships in plain US packaging. The outer parcel carries no product names or descriptions of its contents. Inside, each vial is labelled with its product name, lot number and storage temperature, and the certificate of analysis for your lot travels with the shipment.

You receive an order confirmation, a processing update, then a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.

• Order confirmation. Sent when your order and payment are received.
• Processing update. Sent when your order is being picked, checked and packed.
• Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, with your tracking number.

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we will put it right. Claims for damaged, incorrect, missing or lost shipments are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Any adjustments to this policy will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
