Compliance overview

Goated Peptides (hereafter “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies research use only peptides and reference compounds to laboratories, universities and research businesses. Every tested lot is analyzed by an independent third party laboratory, and the lot number printed on the vial matches the certificate you can open on this site.

Compliance is built into how we operate, from who we sell to and what we say about our products, to how each lot is tested, recorded, labelled and shipped. This overview summarises that approach. The full detail sits in the individual policies listed in section 7.

Every material on this site is an unapproved chemical supplied for in vitro laboratory research by qualified people, and nothing more. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic use, and it is not a drug, a dietary supplement, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device. Nothing sold here has been evaluated or approved by the FDA.

Goated Peptides does not publish preparation, reconstitution or administration guidance of any kind, and our staff cannot provide it. Nothing on this site is a medical claim or guidance for human use.

Accounts are open to people aged 21 or over who are qualified researchers, or who are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business. Goated Peptides cannot sell to the general public.

We may request institutional or business details, such as an organization name, a role and a shipping address that matches the organization, before we release a first order. We may decline any order at our discretion.

Nothing is listed on the strength of a supplier’s word. Applicable lots are run on two separate methods by an independent laboratory, and reach the catalog only once both results agree.

• Intake and quarantine. A new lot is logged, held apart from sellable inventory and sampled.
• RP-HPLC. C18 separation, detection at 214nm. The peak area is the published purity figure.
• LC-MS. Measured molecular mass has to match the sequence on the label, or the lot fails.
• Certificate issued. Chromatogram, endotoxin and heavy metal screens published against the lot number.

Product, lot, report, inventory and order stay linked, so we can tell you which lot filled your order. The certificate of analysis for your lot is available before you order and travels with the shipment.

Order, verification and transaction records are retained in line with applicable tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements, and handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Lyophilized material is shipped and held at minus 20 degrees Celsius, and the storage temperature is printed on the vial label. Every vial carries its product name, lot number and research use only statement.
